L’Oréal Paris‘ beauty experts Eddie Maleterre and Eric Del Monaco showcased an effortlessly chic day look during Toronto’s Luminato festival. For three days the beauty team (a group of 40 talented stylists) made 3,500 women look beautiful. You can recreate this look at home with brightly coloured makeup and textured hair, in just five minutes for face and five minutes for hair.
To get a glowing complexion, start with a sweep of Bare Naturale Gentle Mineral Concealer SPF 25, and top with Bare Naturale Mineral Foundation. Lightly blend a soft pink blush on to the apples of the cheeks. Apply an earthy shade – like beige – to the entire eyelid. Then layer with a bright pink shadow over the lid to the crease. Blend the shadow upwards with a clean brush and coat lashes with Double Extend Beauty Tubes mascara.
Lips are the key to this look. Apply a vibrant, high pigmented lip colour and then follow up with Colour Juice lip gloss in the same shade.
Hair is soft with big, loose curls. Section hair into long, vertical strands and lightly mist with Studio Line Perfect Fix Ultra-Fine Spray hairspray. Curl from the middle of the shaft downwards (leaving the top straight). Once you have completed the whole head, run your fingers through your hair to create soft volume. Spritz with more hairspray and you are done. Enjoy looking polished and pretty.
