At one point or another, we have all said too much, but Bella Hunter, the charming main character in Nadine Haobsh’s new book Confessions of a Beauty Addict, takes it to a whole new level.
After blurting out magazine industry secrets, thanks to a few too many glasses of red wine, during an interview, she finds herself out of a high profile job at a hot fashion magazine. Bella Hunter’s fall from grace reveals what really goes on in the beauty business.
Forced to take a job at a less glamorous magazine, Hunter struggles with her out of touch boss and attractive but cold publisher. The story of her rise back up in the biz is as juicy as your favourite lip gloss.
This book is perfect to take on your next vacation or as a way to escape the winter blahs.

Bathrooms are in a separate, heated building and guests are encouraged to use the sauna and hot tub before retiring for the night tucked into arctic sleeping bags. (more…)
